Ugghh... I weighed in this morning at 298! Last week I was 298!! I went to gym five times and did home videos two times this week! I was hoping for at least a pound! I guess it could be that I ate out three times this week:( I am good when I am in my house with my boyfriend. We don't eat out because we are broke. But... when I go home to see my parents for a couple of days, it's no good. They eat out all of the time. I'm not blaming them cause I could have chose something healthier than the large size value meal! It's just so tempting. Then I get mad that I didn't lose any weight. I hate weighing in and seeing no results because I want to just say screw it and quit trying!! Ahhhhh, so frustrating...

I know how you feel. that's when I get frustrated too, but don't give up. With your working out so much, you have probably gained muscle, which is heavier than fat. The muscle will help you lose in the long run but I know it's insanely frustrating now. Hang in there. Don't let this be an excuse to throw it all away. You can do this.

The scale can't be the only standard for you to judge your progress by. If I let it be my only standard, I would permanently give up. I haven't lost much but I feel a lot better with my choices towards a healthy lifestyle. One bad week won't kill you. It's a pain and disappointing, but let this week go. Next week will be here and you can keep going. And even if you don't drop weight right away, it's ok. Sometimes it takes a week or 2 to see the results of your workouts because the body needs time to adjust. Don't give up. Keep going.

TOUGH LOVE FOR YOU! You will only get out of the situation, what you put into it. If you continue to make excuses you will not loose weight and the scale will stay the same. If you continue to do the same thing, you will never get different results. At some point, I hope you will realize that it is up to you and only you to say no to bad choices and yes to good ones. When you do that, your scale will come down and you will be smiling. I've been where you are many years ago and I was miserable. I wish someone would of gave me TOUCH LOVE. Hope you realize that I'm being blunt because excuses will never get you anywhere and I would love to see you happy. Good Luck and Keep in Touch!
