I have a lot of weight to loose! I am at a loss on getting started. 514 current 220 goal.

we need an edit button... that was supposed to be "no" not "so" saving up calories... "so saving" was one of my problems trying to diet, I eat light in the morning, save most calories for supper, some days go beserk... discovered that my body likes it when it's gets about the same amount of fuel at each meal.

Hi! I started out at 334. I'm about a hundred less now. This year I plan to lose 50 more.
Learn to love apples. Eat three a day if you can afford them! Snack on high-fiber cereal instead of chips or cookies while watching TV. I love Fiber One Honey Cluster (packs a whopping 13 gms. of fiber per cup). I'd be happy to help. Emotional problems, diet tips, anything. Feel free to vent! :)

WElcome...Its best to start slow with changes that you can live with. If I try to do too much as far as exercise or cut too much foods out then I gove up!
I am however starting back since having a baby and kinda waited a while since she is now almost 10mos! LOL GOOD LUCK

Weight loss can be overwhelming,
Start at the beginning. Mabie make a goal of having a healthy breakfast with loow fat milk every morning and see how you go. The mabie when you get that down pat, make a goal to drink 8 glasses of water a day. Then Make a goal (if you don't do much exercise now ) to walk around the block. Hope this helps some. Keep me updated with your progress can't wait to hear from you.
