I went to see a General Surgeon last Friday, because of a lump on the back of my leg. Turns out it's called a Lipnoma which is a Fatty Tumor. Most commonly they are benign tumors, but they can become cancerous. While I was the DR told me he thinks I have a Spigelian Hernia :
