I need help in deciding what to do about:

Hey Sam-
You should get the book "you are what you eat". it's amazing. it has a really good detox diet in there and goes into excrutiating detail about what foods are good for what parts of your body. check it out! besides that I would say the obvious choice if you want to gain muscle and bone health would be to increase protein and calcium. detoxing from nicotine will definitely help you and decreasing sugar intake...both will help stabilize your mood.

also....Odwalla makes really good protein drinks...Chocolate and Vanilla...they are delicious!!! They are packed with protein and calcium.
