Hiii, every one am new here .. I just need your i want to ask any of the group members who had finished chemo.. when did they got their eye brows back :( .... plzzzz I need any answer based on true experience .. am tired fo hearing after 6 weeks.. well waiting for your reply.

Hi , I finished chemo Oct 31, 2008. It took me almost 2 months after before I started to see some regrowth. To me it seems like my hair grows so much slower now than it did before chemo. The hardest thing for me was the eyelashes and eyebrows. They came back fine, it just took time. Hpoe this helps.

Hi Dali,
Yes I think it was about 8 weeks for me too from what I remember. I recall my first day back at work, and I had an external meeting to attend at Univ of Nottingham in front of about 10 people I knew before. To be honest I think it was more of a shock to them than me, it actually in hindsight was the best thing I did because the reaction was quite normal and helped but my conscience at ease. Pretty sure it was approx. 8 weeks so not long now my friend.

Finished my treatment on June 1st 2009, my eyebrows are completely full again. They've been that way for about 2 weeks or so. I actually had to fix them again. They got really thin for a while, but are thick the way they used to be.
