The surgery is over. It's 8/pm and we just got home a little bit ago. Shelley isn't feeling well at all. This was very painful surgery for her. The surgeon said she was going to be very uncomfortable for a while. He made a larger than usual incision because she is a big girl. SHELLEY IS STILL IN THE HOSPITAL...THEY STILL DO NOT KNOW WHAT'S WRONG WITH HER. THEY ASSUME IT'S AN INFECTION THAT ISN'T SHOWING UP ON THE TESTS, BUT ALOT OF THE TESTS AREN'T BACK YET. I can't believe that the whole team of doctors can't come to a conclusion as to what is wrong with Shelley. They took the IV out and took away the antibiotics today. She will most likely come home tomorrow with the same problem she went in with...add to that a yeast infection plus one in her mouth as well due to the strong antibiotics.
