I didn't write yesterday my major headache got more major. It rain all day so we had no workers here. I spent most the day in bed and taking meds like crazy. Well, at least I hope this is inspiring. Got up early to run, 3 miles, another beautiful day. Made it in 34 minutes. A good time for me anyway.
