I went to visit my mom today and we just sat and chatted and laughed for about three hours. I miss that. She even broke down and told me how guilty she felt for not being able to protect me from my half brother when I was three. I told her it wasnt her fault and she couldnt have known it was going to happen.

Results for me are little-to-no weight loss, but definite improvement of body shape and tone, and elevated mood.

It was my third night last night that I've had sleep interruptions. Darn. I was awake at 1:30AM! And kept on waking up after every hour or so. :( Sigh. When I finally got to sleep my alarm clock went off and it was time to go to work. I kept on snoozing it, and so I was more than 30minutes late today.
