I went to my what was supposed to be my 3 month check up today. Which ended up being my 4th month because of the weather. But anyhow they are extremely happy for me and how I've lost weight and inches. So today is a great day with great news!!! I own it all to God!! THANKS and PRAISES be to GOD!!! I did some walking today too. I need to do more of that it will help me I know.

Still working on my garden--did an hour or so tonight after cleaning/arranging my chest freezer. Tomorrow I will go to my office at the independent living center to sign checks, as it is their payday. Then, hopefully I will make it back home in time to do some more brick arrangements. This week my mom and dad took the 3 little brats to the lake to camp this week. I stayed home but drove to it myself to hang out up there with them during the day. I think that I am having a good day today. I acutally slept last night and feel awake this morning, though I feel kind of weak. I wonder what it would feel like to wake up and feel energetic, but at least this morning I am feeling enthusiastic!
