For anyone with Narcolepsy and their family and friends too. The lady who wrote this book has had Narcolepsy (and cataplexy) since the 60's. She shares her history, experiences, coping strategies and even manages to throw in a little lighthearted humor too. She explains it in a way so that those who don't have N can learn and understand what a Narcoleptic is experiencing and learning to cope with. It allows for family and friends to gain knowledge and be more supportive of the Narcoleptic person in their life. Plus a lot of resource material too. An amazing book!
