Just curious... I'm not from the UK or anything and quite sheltered in New England.... what time is Tea Time? Or is it a personal thing or what? What happens during tea time? Just drinking tea, or is there more to it, like tradition? But seriously, really curious and would like to hear it from a real British person :)

Ok - I was just going to join this group just to ask this question. I have not been dx'd with Narc - I had a sleep study, but am awaiting the results - supposedly no issue with apnea, but some sort of sleep disorder. Anyways my doctor gave me 200mg of Provigil & for the first week I was like YAY I am finally awake. Now I am so sleepy & it isn't working... I will drink coffee with it and everything... Still wanting to sleep at least 12+hours... Talk about depressing. It is like I am just taking water.. only good thing that I like is that it makes me not hungry.

Hi, in England we have breakfast then dinner or lunch some call it, but we dont usually eat a big dinner just a sandwich or something,
then we have tea or dinner some call it, we eat at this time for us its about 5pm, at this time i usually cook a meal, god it confused me then, Oh i am really british lol.
