Managing Adrenal Burnout, Narcolepsy and Bipolar disorder, 37yrs old, single, on disability insurance and trying to be reeducated to teach due to the fact of chronic neuropathy in hand. I am doing self care out the wazoo and have little to no time for friends, dating, myself.

" we share everything except the Neuropathy.One of our group is doing a sleep/alertness/symptoms and food diary, the diary can help you recognize patterns. Eg.I make no decisions from Nov thru April. I am armed with books to listen to.My moods can swing like a monkey on a vine. go to the library and get books on "reflexology" Get on .the pc and find out what's new that will help the neuropathy. Stay in touch we are here for you. jzldy "
