" Hello,
I have posted about green tea in the past. A friend from turned me on to the authentic powdeds kind several years ago. More recently I discovered "Green Tea Energy Fusion". It is in powder form in individual packets. You mix it with bottled water or a bottle of water. It saved my vacation last year because I was in a tropical climate where they pass out water all the time so I could just discretely mix it in every couple of hours. The packets were water proof and much lighter then trying ot carry enough energy drinks to get me through. It is also good because as we can't take liquids on planes so we can't bring an energy drink. I think the taste is Ok but I perfer it with a packet of splenda. Along with the lift green tea is full of antioxidents and is generally considered to have many health benefits. "
