My husband has been told along with the MDS, he has congestive heart failure and that these two go hand-in-hand. Any thoughts?

" My husband has had MDS since '99, added Myasthenia Gravis in '04 and this year Atrial fibrillation with his heart. The cardio didn't mention anything about it being a result of the MDS, but I feel it must be. He's also gone into stage four of kidney failure, but that is probably due to diabetes. We have so much to keep track of that I have to carry a printed list! So far I have no real answers. "
