MDS & Congestive Heart Failure

My husband has had MDS since '99, added Myasthenia Gravis in '04 and this year Atrial fibrillation with his heart. The cardio didn't mention anything about it being a result of the MDS, but I feel it must be. He's also gone into stage four of kidney failure, but that is probably due to diabetes. We have so much to keep track of that I have to carry a printed list! So far I have no real answers.
