Does any one have a fistula for plasmaphersis?
I currently have a tunnel cath. and in a few weeks they will be doing surgery to give me a fistula, so I would appreate any info. Thank you in advance. Posted on 06/29/08, 11:06 am |

Get te fistula. It will ease the comfort level a lot. Minor operation, out patient surgery. you won't regret it at all. beanne

Did you go ahead and have a fistula? I know that it has been almost a year. My daughter had one created in Nov of 08. She is having some problems with the plasma exchanges even with the fistula.
