How long have you been on the prednisone, Sam? For now, you might want to let your doctor know what's going on.. Sometimes, long term use of prednisone can cause other problems..
Is your joint pain severe or just a little bit?

Dr.s say I have fibromyalgia in addition to MG. Since autoimmune diseases seem to travel in packs, you may have developed rheumatoid arthritis.... fibromyalgia.... some other autoimmune that I can't think of right now.....

Joint and muscle pain are common side effects of Azathoprine (Imuran). Prednisone also attacks the joints, and makes muscles prone to tearing and bleeding.

Yeah...I have joint pain also, but that's lupus..A lot of times, these diseases travel in 2's..
