Burning pain in arm feels like youve

Ive been getting this burning pain in my arms off and on it feels like if youve excercised and you feel the burn like in your calves like that. it kind of hurts when i lift them too, could this be the ms or could it be the bulging disk i have at c5/6? i also have had neck pain for 3 years now.

I have similar burning sensations in arms and legs - if it's mild, it's more surface, like a sunburn almost, but as the day progresses, with my very physical job... it burns deeper into the muscles like a workout sensation, but not quite... it's much more nerve pain than muscle pain, but the muscles fatigue so easily that they hurt eventually too. My Neuro doesn't think that it is exactly MS related, he's not sure and is running some tests on 11/17 to determine if I have something else going on ilke Myasthenia Gravis or Hughes Syndrome. With the increased percentage of having more than one auto-immune disease once you already have 1... he suggests going back to revisit some things I have already had ruled out, like Lupus.
I already have 2 auto-immune diseases, and get so frustrated that new things are popping up that don't fit the criteria of what I already suffer. Makes me want to climb a mountain, sit on top, eat pizza, drink beer and die up there. "
