Okay, does anybody have any info on getting the H1N1 shot and being on LDN or getting H1N1 and being on LDN. I had the seasonal flu shot and didn't have a problem. I know that we who have MS should not take the flu mist because it is a live virus. My daughter(15yrs.)had the seasonal flu mist because her doctor ran out of the shot. She was actually sick for a few days. Next year I am going to take her early so that she can get the shot, which is a dead virus.
