Its the best thing and way of telling my legs they belong to me, I have become a lil obsessed with stretching, and it works....rowing aside, I use that for muscle strength and coordination, ok ballence needs work but strtching is soooooo cool, I guess rather like Yoga, but no so gay...lol....
I still work full time as a Mechanic so I bend and stretch a lot there to. Painful but I enjoy that to lol. If ya legs pull one way stretch it both ways. Doing it naked with Me Anne is interesting to, But to much information I guess. lol...Love to you all XX on the cheek unless you're male then settle for a hand shake.... Hi Jim I do the stretching once in a while, it does'nt seem to help me to much but I do it once or twice a month anyways. Nice car! Turtle.

I do stretches and it helps my legs. I'm still working a desk job and alot of times i will sit at my desk and stretch my legs, feet ankles what ever i can find a way to stretch!

I tried stretching for a little while while doing my yoga tapes from Shared Solutions (I got it for free when I used to take Copaxone). It does help with my legs and arms, but, I wish it helps a little more.
