okay I have been taking Altoids 3 - 4 times a day and 1 or 2 when I feel
a dizzy attack comming on the mint in it really does help me... So I am back to my altoid addiction but it does help(NOT A CURE) to some degree...also depends think on what triggers ur dizziness ...but its worth a shot and u will have fresh breath if some one needs to help u up lol There was a discussion about this a while ago and I thought I would post my thoughts on this and let people make their own minds up.

" For me, sucking on any hard candy usually helps my dizziness. Come to think of it, though, most of those candies are peppermint or spearmint flavored. I might have to experiment with that a little bit. "

" Peppermint tea is great I used to grow it in CA when I had a yard. I also know it helps with bloating, but an altoid would be great when a sudden dizzy spell comes up one does not hve time to brew tea. Thinking about getting some when I go shopping. Which we all know will be very soon!
Great idea! Thanks! Annie "
