" This might sound silly but it works for me. There is a pressure point just under your nose that if pressed on for a couple of minutes can help you feel less dizzy and nausaus (sp?)That is if area under your nose isn't too sore form wiping it! "

" Brandy, I've been dealing with dizziness & nausea for over a year now. Can't seem to relate to anything else except MS symptoms. Sorry I can't be of help! Try the accupunture pressure point that 'Isaboo' mentioned. Many say it helps them. I wish I could benefit from accupunture.

" I get a lot of dizziness & nausea with colds, migraines & anything else. The only thing I have found that helps is maxalon tablets or sometimes the ginger tablets (from any health shop) can help - thats all my hubby takes & it works for him.
Hope this helps,
AusSue "

" Hi Brandy,

I have a bad cold right now as well and have the same issues. I have problems with vertigo and nausea all the time but with the extra it does seem to make it more intense. I take antivert and promethazine about every 4 hours and it does seem to help it most the time. Then sometimes I just have to be careful!

Sure hope you get something to help you and also to feeling better and it passes soon for you! All the best...

You take care,
Michelle "

" I've began feeling dizziness and nausea. I've had it now for 10 days. I jsut went to my neuro and he said it was a migraine (without the pain). I dont' believe that, just not satisfied with that answer. Its really bothersome and is making me feel sick al the time and i'm getting depressed about it. From what i've read on this board it does seem to be a part of MS. How long will this last??? "
