Multiple Personalities Support Group

Is it possibly to subconsciously subdue alters? Why happens with me is they'll still show up, talk to me in my head, etc. I never really realized this though, I always thought its was just me being weird. I tried contacting one of them, and she was very hostile towards me. From what I can tell, there are at least four. This one stands out from the others, she speaks to me a lot.

I think I've been doing things that somewhat prevent what they can do. I keep my mind active, and it seems to keep them from "taking over" completely.

Does anyone else do this? I know it's sounds pretty retarded and all, but I'm still trying to learn a few things.
