Okay folks I said I'd keep you posted. Mom is on her second month of the combo and this month 2 days after her infusion she started experiences memory loss, anxiety and ill temper. We are going to contact the Dr. & advise of the changes. I looked up on MMRF and it looks like she needs a lower dose of Velcade. I'm hoping this will work because Mom is the 1st person in this area to use the combo.
Any help of different treatment or combos that anyone knows of please let me know. I would so appreciate it- and forgive me if I haven't been able to email anyone back- it's a full time job, ya know? We had to tell the Dr. about the Velcade/Revlamid combo in the first place. So, as strange as it sounds I think we might be one up on the Dr., she's a good Dr. & did her studies on this when we brought it to her- but I need more alternatives- please.
