You will find alot of support and info here and please ask if you have any questions. I am presently almost 4 months post BMT and doing great. right now. I know it is a scary prospect but it will be ok and not as bad as you think. You can read my blog about my cancer journey at www.janscancerjourney.blogspot.com and it may even answer some of your questions. "

" The best of luck with your treatment this week. I am so glad you found people to talk to that can give you advice, comfort and certainly a sense that you are not alone. My husband has Smoldering MM and while I listen and am there for him, the spouses are overwhelmed with dealing with all of the circumstances this disease brings.

I know I don't have the answers for anything and I think men in general want to fix things and if they can't...they feel inadequate...am guessing this might be how your husband is feeling.

While I know you need all the love and support you can muster...your husband needs support too...and from experience, it's better if it is someone else to talk too..perhaps he should consider joining the site as well? Caregivers provides a lot of people in this situation...it might help him.

Best of luck...keep us posted.
Love
Muriel
