" Yes. Not only could I tell when the dose wore off each day, so could those I work with. It was like, wham, out of gas, crash! It also raised my blood pressure too much.

Provigil had more even results through the day for me, and does not raise my blood pressure at all. "

" I have tried Ritalin, Adderall, Provigil, Amantadine and a new drug, Vyvanse. None have helped me with fatigue. I am now on LDN and it helps me walk better and feel more alert, but nothing with fatigue. I guess it is all in my head....duh!!! It is very frustrating. My abilities and my expectations no longer match, so I still have to do a little and rest. If anybody can suggest another drug, please do. I am glad for those who use these meds and it works! "
