I was just dx'd recently and I loved bike riding and haven't been on a bike since. In reading about everyones symptons I can relate and don't feel so alone. My husband is great and tries to understand but he doesn't know how I feel physically. I'm glad I found this site and have thought about "riding for MS" and am wondering If anyone knows much about it and if maybe you guys could give me some pointers as to how to keep cool and actually finish the ride without hurting myself...lol
