  Having only just found this site I am trying to decide how I will use the journal to keep me focused on my short, medium and long term goals.  I have  found that by having 'stated' goals I can then focus on them which gives me purpose and direction for living.  My first short term goal is to get my family Christmas letter written before Dec. 1st.
