Eric had a very bad fall last Thursday and first we thought it wasn't too bad. We took him to the ED department and he was exrayed and it didn't show any broken bones thank goodness but apparently he fell so hard that he bruised his chest way down to his lungs and impacted his sternum very badly. We found out today that my dad's prostate cancer will be treated with radiation 5 days a week for 8 weeks. I really like the Doctor and he is positive he even uses the word "Cured". We left there with a great feeling and Dad was asking to go eat! He is so healthy besides this cancer. He had his hip replaced last year because it was WORN out!! My dr pretty well gave up on me today. He suggested doubling the thalomide to 2 100 mg capsules a day. He is retiring Dec 31st and new dr from Ethiopia trained at Mayo Clinic, speciallizing in myeloma, is replacing him Jan 1st. You don't get much better than that. My M protein went from 1.9 to 3.5 in about 10 days. Any thoughts?1 Recommendation2 Comments

Good morning... The last couple of days have been full of bad news... Wednesday , we found out a young couple from here were at the Dixie National Rodeo, they had just bought a new horse trailer with a sleeping area in it... they were found dead Wednesday morning.. carbon monoxide poisoning from the generator or something.. they had 3 children, ages, 7, 4, 2. My heart was broken.
