Okay today was the day I started working toward my goal of losing 20 pounds by Janurary 1st. I didn't eat too well. I had poptarts in the morning, and pizza for dinner. Although, I did drink about 8 glasses of water and exercised. I went walking with a friend for about an hour and 10 minutes, and came home and did random exercises for about another 20 minutes. Well, I hit rock bottom today, I'm so depressed that I think my eyes will never stop stinging from the tears I've cried all night. I'm 40 weeks pregnant and I'm so tired of being pregnant for one, and two, I'm tired of dealing with all this BS from everyone, including my husband. He seems so out of tune with my pregnancy, and it's killing me.

Many have walked this road and none as I know have come back. Yet in this knowing the unknowing travel not often tred. Back to work tonight after a few days off. It's always hard to go back to work after having several off. I think it's especially hard since the last night I worked was a bad night. It didn't start out so bad, but went there in a hurry.
It all started with me calling an on-call physician to request a stronger pain med for my patient since her pain was out of control...
