This is for everyone, there are government programs you can find through HUD (link below) that can help you FOR FREE. There are HUD funded community organizations which will work with your mortgage company to restructure your mortgage - its not optional, The current regulations are that your monthly mortgage payment, including taxes and insurance, cannot exceed 31% of your gross annual salary. They can prevent foreclosures - please follow the links to find someone in your area to help you through this. I am in the process now, and finally feel like I'm getting a break.
