After two years of lies and deceipt by the Bank. Trying to get help. Losing jobs, frustrated, thought there was no good in the world. We fought so hard to keep our family home. My husband and I have my disabled Mother and Grandmother on our property as well, so it wasn't just "us". I was honest with the bank when I lost my job, the help that they offered was jsut a short sale. Very offensive, and degrading. Then my husband was injured at work and income was decreased even more. There had to find someone to help.
Then, I found this company in San Diego, just because we were basically desperate, adn couldn't afford to move anyway,e ven if we did foreclose. I called to see what exactly they do to help. They told me that they could help me negotiate withthe bank. This company is employed by people that have experience in how the Mortgage Lenders are and all the tactics that the bank might use. I spoke with different people at this office, and did research as to what I really needed. Then, I gave my information to this comapny, not really having any expectations, remember at this point, we were desperate and we were going to lose anyway. What the heck. They gave me options and information, and details about how they could help. We said okay and agreed to take the chance. They kept us involved and informed with everything. They called the bank every day to work on a Loan Modification for us. Now we went from an 8.125% 5-year ARM, and a monthly payment of $ 3300.00 to 3.0% fixed with a monthly payment of $1500.00. AWESOME!
I am amazed at what this company did for us. They also got our Property taxes decreased by about $ 400.00. They helped us with our Credit Card Debt, and now we have the ability to save a little every month for our kids college fund, and a family vacation.
While getting to know this company, the President and CEO, I found out that they created the company because of the trouble they had themselves, wehn they needed help. That is what we needed, and I pray that if there is anyone out there that may need help, please call this company. They are honest and legit. If your situation is as bad as mine was, or even if it's just one area that you need help with, please don't wait any longer. You really do not have to go through this alone.
Call right away. I was stubborn enough, that I was very pro-active with the process. My family, though we live in Northern california, we have decided that this summer, we are going to go for a road trip, and go meet the people face to face that ensured my family would have a home. It honestly can turn around.
