Thursday, I drove to Orange County to attend my niece's High School graduation.
There was a lot of promise in the air. I think some of it washed over me.
When I first met my new pdoc, about a month or so ago, I remember telling her that my last good year was 1984. She said that was sad. I don't know ... it's just the truth. I haven't really had many good year...

AS the mania builds in my mind,
I worry about bottoming out.
Why can't this Bipolar be kind?
All these meds...can there be another route?
My head is spinning and brain is going at full speed,
I still worry about the opposite end.
Why is my dr. off in my time of need?
It has been helping by talking to friends who understand.
I am trying to fight a losing battle here,
