When the outbreak first started:

2 weeks later:

The one in the middle popped today and pus came out. It's on my upper thigh only. Nothing on the genitals. I've read about the precautions and will see the doctor on wed. The only problem is I don't have insurance so I'll be trying zymaderm and Dr Wheatgrass Antioxidant Skin Recovery Spray... which are the top rated products on amazon. I've read horror stories so hopefully it can clear up :/

" Hey dude, I'm pondering if I have molluscum contagiosum also. According to Wikipedia:

Molluscum contagiosum lesions are flesh-colored, dome-shaped, and pearly in appearance. They are often 1–5 millimeters in diameter, with a dimpled center. They are generally not painful, but they may itch or become irritated. Picking or scratching the bumps may lead to further infection or scarring. In about 10% of the cases, eczema develops around the lesions. They may occasionally be complicated by secondary bacterial infections. In some cases the dimpled section may bleed once or twice.[citation needed] The viral infection is limited to a localized area on the topmost layer of the epidermis.[3] Once the virus containing head of the lesion has been destroyed, the infection is gone. The central waxy core contains the virus. In a process called autoinoculation, the virus may spread to neighboring skin areas. Children are particularly susceptible to autoinoculation, and may have widespread clusters of lesions. "

" Our 3 year old has been fighting this for almost 10 months all over her arms. It began as a half dozen bumbs that we noticed and questioned her pediatrician who was knowledgable with diagnosis but no solutions to offer except for referring us to a dermatologist ...and now its spread to more than 50 over her two inner arms ( huge pus filled nasty looking bumps). We had been to numerous doctors and dermatologist that said they would eventually go away, prescribed  ALDARA (imoquid), painfully froze one bump, so on and so on... Sucking more and more money out of us .... And worst of all for my poor baby was dragging out time... My poor baby girl had to wear long sleeve shirts through the past 10 months... Not so bad in the winter months but come summer in Miami I feared  heat exhaustion etc... Well after we had been applying the aldara (imoquid) cream faithfully for months it only at best seemed to maintain the spread ...we ran out one night 7-24 and when I went to get the prescription refilled prior to the 30 days ( insurance coverage was 4 days away 7-28) between my insurance allowance, found it would cost 685.00... My husband did some research for something to substitute in the meantime.  We came across this website with almost unbelieveable accounts exactly like ours...I was so skeptical when he told me but I was desperate to ensure they did not spread anymore, I went to Walgreens as they listed it being in stock bought the 25.00 bottle of nasty smelling liquid ... I thought for sure it would sting, although very potent smell she never flinched when we applied it (completely painless) But we are coming up on 2 weeks of faithful application (twice a day) of zyma derm and they are dried and red and I'm positive before the next 2 weeks they will be completely gone!!!! I never thought this was going to work but OMG it's only been since 7-24-12 that we started the zyma derm ( we never even went back to get the prescription for ALDARA (imoquid) because the zyma derm is working SO well.  I will post again soon but I'm confident I will be updating that they are gone within the next few weeks... I URGE you don't waste any more time with expensive prescriptions and doctor visits... Just go to Walgreens and buy a 25.00 bottle of CURE!!! This is such a relief I can see short sleeves in the near future!!!  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me, Id be happy to share more info if needed  "

" If you google images of MC, many look similar to yours. Best bet is to go to a doctor and ask "Is this MC?" not "What is this?" I went undiagnosed for months. I had several doctors tell me if was ingrown hair or folliculitis. My bumps were similar to white head pimples. I tried several treatments, acids, laser treatment and I found that what worked was extracting the pearl core inside each bump. It requires patience and strict sterilization technique to get the core out without spreading the virus. I knew I was succesful in getting the entire core out when the bump would deflate an a drop of blood would form. The core expands through several layers of skin and when it is fully removed, some blood with fill its place.

The acid treatment left me with terrible burns and now scars. And after every treatment, more would pop up. I opted out on the Aldera because of the side effects. I finally just decided to remove them myself as my doctor said that was a possible solution...or waiting until the body fights the virus off on its own.

You can find the technique for core extraction on the internet.
I highly highly recommend NYU Langone Medical Center, the Skin and Cancer Unit in NYC. They were amazing. "

" It looks like it, take a picture of it and zoom in. Try spreading the skin. If you notice dimples in the papule's then you will have more reason to believe so. I read in other forums that when they forced the papule to pop their will be a white "sac" and then it will bleed. I did this "home" treatment to myself and found the exact same thing. After I poked a hole into the papule, removed the white sac, and stopped the bleeding the molluscum literally disappeared. I still have 3-5 very small ones that I have to wait. But it seems like yours will clear up very soon since you said 2 weeks later. The one I popped was on the shaft of my penis for just about 6 months. the other ones started appearing quite recently. Then again I masturbate like 6-7 times daily..... I know, it's excessive. This caused them to autoincubate. I suggest you go to a dermatologist because it might be herpes since herpes will puss and bleed as well. but I'm pretty sure that if you find the white sac and if it has a dimple then your clear of herpes.

Cliffs:
Zoom in on picture to find dimple
Does it appear pearly white or zit like
Is it painless
Go to dermatologist and get them removed immediately before they spread "
