My 9 yr old daughter got MC from swim lessons at school. She's had since 11/08 and we've tried ZymaDerm, Heal Molloscum Oil, Silver Ointments, Liquid Bandaid, Vinegar. She doesn't want to go to DR and so far I've been trying everything with no success. Some have popped and we tried popping a few but they don't seem to go away completely and she's covered in them on her thighs, torso, elbows, knees probably 200 altogether. She's afraid of freezing/cutting them off and I'm worried that summer is coming and she'll not be able to swim or play with her friends. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Sue,
I am sorry to hear that your daughter has contracted MC. This virus is horrible. How long have you tried each remedy for? My daughter has had Mc for 4 months and it has spread. I am trying a million things at once and whilst it isn't rapidly improving - I am going to persist with my methods for at least a month. I really don't have any advice for you but I know how you feel. We live in the Middle East where it is summer all year round and swimming and wearing strappy dresses comes with summer! So I understand and share your anxiety about not being able to play with friends and swim :( I hope hers magically clear up VERY soon.
