So talked to Danny and he should be coming home sometime in the next 2 weeks! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. so excited.
I just spent the past hour on youtube searing "military homecomings" and cried 90% of the time. I always do that for some reason. I think it just hits home with me because my broher is a marine, and was sent to iraq and when he stepped off the bus all i could do is cry, so i know all the emotions that these people in the youtube videos are going through. anyway just thought id share with u guys that i just cried for an hour haha. cant wait until dannys home.... im just ready to be with him, finally. oh and not to mention i can tell im freaking out about it... i got on the treadmill for 3 miles today... what the hell? i never get on there for 3!! mayvbe two tops.. but not three? i just kept on listening to music that reminded me of him and before i knew it... i waso n my last lap of the third mile. question... should i get anything for danny? we're "dating/talking" but not boyfriend and girlfriend.. we started talking while he was over there. but i know hes taking me somewhere on the 4th because apparently i have to keep that date "open" for only him... sp i feel like i should do/give him something as well. military homecomings ALWAYS make me cry. i saw this one video of a soldier who came home and his dogs were so excited to see him, and im just sitting there bawling like a maniac. ^-^
and good for you three miles, that's awesome! gettin' buff! as for a welcome home present i think that would be wonderful. im not really sure what you should get him. i suggest something with a lot of thought put into it so he knows you care.

is there anything that he's really into that you could make a gift out of? like, something he's hugely into? like, if my marine friend was coming home (he hasn't deployed yet) id give him a bag of oreos cuz he's crazy obsessed with those things. i dunno, make it personal.

Hey guys thanks for all the congrats and stuff!
So we're getting a hotel ocean front on saturday, denise and i will get there before him and his friend, so im gonna get two bottles of champagne, confetti, welcome home banner and tonnsss of balloons and put them allll over the hotel room! so when he comes in it'll be everywhere! popo a bottle when he comes in, then later on walk on the beach and pop the other one! haha
