" Deployment is one of the hardest things I've ever had to deal with in my life. You will worry and have all kinds of thoughts. The best advice I can give you is stay busy try something new to distract you for a little while. You might not want to watch the news cause it will upset you.

Believe me they worry about us as much as they worry about them , take care of yourself! Is there any kind of local military support groups? Sometimes folks have the best intetions, but not having been involved personally, they dont always understand what we go through,

God Bless you and your brother "

" Thank him for his service, he is a special man and we are proud of his bravery.

Remember he and his brothers are trained and you are not...the best thing you can do for yourself is educate yourself. What you are imagining could be way worse than what he is actually going to do there.

To be sure there is danger and evil there. The more information you can get the better.

All my best "
