Special forces..any advice would help. please

Ok so my boyfriend and I broke up while he is in special forces training. It is so hard for me to be without him. I miss him so much and wish we didn't have to be apart while he is in training, but I know he has to be completely focused on that and not worry about how I am or what I am doing. Has anyone ever had a significant other go through army special forces training? and if so how did you deal with it?
