tylenol simply sleep

about 4 days ago I tried tylenol simply sleep, which contains diphenhydramine, which is apparently the same thing as benadryl. Next day I barely had a headache, or any day since then since I've continued taking it.
of course i'm hoping this continues. does anyone have any experience? Posted on 11/05/09, 03:11 pm |

If it does work, that may be an indicator that there's a sinus component to your headaches. It might be worth talking to an ENT to see what they can see. Usually it's a case of migraines being misdiagnosed as sinus headaches; maybe you're just the opposite and some of your migraines actually are sinus headaches.
If it keeps working, do get the generic form of benadryl; it's much cheaper than what you're taking now! And good luck!!

I find the combo of 1000 acetominaphine and 50 of diphenhydramine to simply help me sleep accasionally.

I know I have to watch for allergies, not just my migraines. I agree with ihavepkd. Maybe you do have some sinus headaches. Regardless, benadryl is a great way to get some rest!! Think I may try it. :)
