Exercise Induced Migraine?

Just got thru an aerobics class and the payment for all my hard work is a migraine. I wasn't feeling really well when I got up this morning, but I decided to go to class anyway. This is NOT a usual trigger for me. In fact, I can't remember the last time exercise triggered a migraine in me. Thinking it through, it could be low sugar or dehydration rather than exercise. Those two are more common triggers for me. Does anyone have a sure-fire way of isolating what the trigger for a given migraine is?

" Oh, if I could do that I'd be so happy! I try to delete one thing, isolate one thing...it's so much harder than it sounds. I tend to get lightheaded with rhythmic exercise--like treadmill, but you were doing a lot more movement. I've noticed that I have to watch my exhaustion level. I definitely get worse when I try to keep going and pushing forward.

Hope it was just a weird, singular time for you! "
