Migraine Headaches Support Group

Uh, I see 2 posts on this group. I am sorry you felt hurt, it seems you wanted a LOT of responses for just one or two posts about a symptom few to none of us know about, but often people will not respond if they don't have personal experience with the post. It doesn't mean you aren't welcome here (you ARE) it means that many of us don't have the same problem.

In actuality, it is a VERY good group. It is not uncommon for posts about rare symptoms to go unanswered. I am sure no one wanted to give information about a symptom NONE of us know anything about.

Sorry if you were hurt, but give us a chance. The group contains many people, and we all have issues. If a post isn't answered it may be that no one else knows what to say and doesn't want to steer you wrong. No one INTENTIONALLY ignores posters. Also, when the same thing is posted repeatedly, people don't respond for the same reason, they don't want to give information about an issue they know nothing about.

As you noticed in my reply, I didn't know what MAV is (I am an educated medical worker so its not because I am stupid). Even after you stated that it was Migraine Associated Veritgo I didn't any suggestions because I do not have vertigo nor have heard of MAV. Also, I have no helpful recipes because nothing helps my migraines. I have woken up & went to bed for years with migraines...so unfortunately I have nothing to offer other than I am sorry that you have migraines and vertigo.

So with that said, I hope you find what you are looking for emotionally and physically.
