" I just got the book and started reading it. If you don't see me here anymore you can figure that it must have worked. "

" It seems like it would certainly be worth a shot particularly for long time sufferers or people who have had migraines everyday for months.

I am quite convinced that many of my "mini" migraines are due to food issues.

I was out for lunch yesterday and had salad, baked potato, and fresh rolls. Afterwards I felt funny. Nothing ever fully manifested but I think about the food I had and the rolls could be suspect, the sour cream on the baked potato could have had locust bean gum and the dressing could have had something I shouldn't eat, I suppose. But it is all so confusing. If a blood test could just tell you what to avoid....

Dan, please try to keep us in the loop with that book. I didn't get it yet.

(I also think we need to consider the magnesium connection too) "

" I never heard of locust gum. Are you giving me new things to worry about? Fresh bread with yeast is supposed to be a suspect I think. I guess if you go back there and eat an entirely different diet except for the rolls you can see what happens. Do it after your next pedicure! "

" That sounds really interesting! I've heard of a lot of the triggers, like processed meats, but onions and tomatoes? When I first learned about triggers, I was surprised by the number of foods on the list that I already didn't eat. All I could say was, "I don't feel right after eating that" or that it didn't appeal to me.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the book, daninflorida. "

" One problem here is that don't read any more. I can read on the computer, but books, newspapers, bills, all require the lights to be on. That gives me a headache real fast. "
