for those of you that have this. How long was your longest dizzy spell? It seems like i have been dizzy for 24 hours. It feels like someone is pressing down really hard on the top of my head.
AND can anyone recommend a good recipes for migraine sufferers?
And lastly what is the best medication for MAV?
