Midrin is no longer working as well for me, and is causing a rebound problem. I've been reading about Migranal Nasal Spray and wondered if others have tried it and their thoughts/experience with it. I take Topamax 150mg daily as my preventive. I haven't yet asked my Dr. about Migranal, so am unsure what he will say at this point. Would appreciate any advise-

I tried it a couple of months ago... I didn't get any relief from it at all.. I have taken alot of things that worked well for a while and then quit... I think everynody does this.. after trying the migranol. My nose was extremely dry and I sneezed alot for about a week. But everybody is different.. maybe it is the right thing for you.
