hope you're doin well.. Yea ibelieve dark rrom is the best & some cold packs. Have you tried preventive medications?

oh...yes my M-friend has come to greet in the new year as well. I guess it is just real life coming to remind us we are still us. I do hope yours goes aways quick and leaves you with a feeling that is refreshed to have it gone. To bad we can't go to some hiding place that the big "M" can't fine us eh!

THANKS FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT, ON MONDAY OF THIS WEEK I MOVED OUT OF MY FRIENDS PLACE AND NOW SHE SEAMS MAD AT ME.BUT NOW BECAUSE THAT I AM IN A CLEANER PLACE , MY MIGRAINES HAVE SLOWED DOWN AND SO HAVE MY ALLERGIES.I STILL YET WAITING TO MOVE INTO MY NEW HOUSE IN LATE FEBURARY.
