Migraine Headaches Support Group

I tried migranal and it didn't touch my migraines. I dont know how bad your husband has them but if they are as severe as mine it won't help. Sorry to tell you that. The only medicine my neuro and I have found is Topamax which helps me a lot. I take 4 pills at night which seem to control the pain well. Just a thought. Good luck I know its a painful tough journey to find the right meds!!

Thank you for letting me know. He has some pretty severe migraines. If this doesn't work, maybe he can ask the neuro about trying the Topamax.

I just went to the Neuro the 13th of Nov and he gave me some samples of Migranal.. I got NO relief at all.. all I got was a very dry nose and sneezing and coughing. Once again.. something didn't work.. it gets very frustrating. And topamax works really good for some .. but I had severe side effects from it.. it made me have delayed or altered speech. It was scary!! But either may work great for him.. always try .. you never know. God Bless You! Lori

Huuby took the migranal last night at the start of his migraine. This morning he woke up headache free and no aftershocks. We are hoping that the migranal worked and it's not just a break in his cycle.
