I had one last night.
I was in the faze of sleep i mentioned before. Where i can feel my self "FALLING" to sleep. I even heard myself say "Weeeeeeee" ?? Ya! weird..but then, i kept getting chills and this weird out of body scary feeling. I look up and see the dark shadow figure mask on my right and i sit up screaming OH MY GOD! THEN, i found myself back in this weird state of sleep where i'm laying there going through all this weird stuff. I FORCE myself awake to realize i was dreaming. I laid there looking at the ceiling wondering what the HELL was that??!!

Didn't want to go back to sleep. I wanted to cut the TV on but my husband was sound asleep..eventually i drifted back off. Was NOT a good night.

" Ur profile is private so don't really know much about you, but nightmares can be 1 of a dozen different things, from so mundane is the "stuff" that's left in your subconscience after a busy day, to thoughts or memories of trauma stored up in your mind.....each person is different when it comes to dreams and nightmares.

I actually take meds to keep me from dreaming as my nightmares got so bad I was having "amnesiac dreamstates" and would harm myself in my sleep, not knowing and wake up trying to figure out what had happened.

If your nightmares are getting very difficult it might be time to talk to a Dr., neurologist or psychiatrist about them and figure out what's causing them.

Take care,

kat "
