" Not to be completely glib about the problem, but I want to be one of the people with postdrome euphoria.

If you had to have migraines at all, AT ALL...

I mean...silent migraines, no pain...and then you run around feel like you're on speed and opium for 24 hours?

In comparison, I could probably hand that.

(Not to slight any people with silent migraines, because I know losing vision in a car is scary and disabling stuff!) "

" I have sore neck muscles and when I move in a particular way I get shooting pains into my head - bit like brain freeze but very painful and take a few seconds to ease.

I've been using some small cold patches from the chemist and it seems to reduce the after effect to just a day instead of a couple of days.

All these tablets for during a migraine - need to invent one for the after effects as I feel they can sometime be just as bad! "

" Hey I call them migraine hangovers too! And that is exactly what I have today. I don't drink anymore but sure did live it up when I was younger and still remember the morning after feeling. Yuck! "
