" Yes the way you describe feeling the day after a bad migraine is often how I feel. I feel drained, weak and a little down. Migraines are terrible creatures in that even once they end they leave behind some damages.
I hope you feel better soon. "

I hope you feel better soon and hey since i am in the same boat for the moment its a little chicken noodle soup as my stomache can tolorate and give this worn out body a little R&R.
So for you i do hope you feel better soon. "

" Yeah, that phase of the migraine actually has a name. "postdrome."
________________________

"The postdromal or resolution phase follows the headache and may last for up to 48 hours. Many of the symptoms of this phase appear initially during the prodrome or with the headache phase. Typically, these include:

* Fatigue
* Sore muscles
* Food intolerance
* Malaise
* Alteration in mood
* Impaired concentration
* Scalp tenderness
* Decreased energy requiring a period of rest.
* A minority of sufferers immediately after an attack feel energised, euphoric and can return to normal activities at once.
