Well its been a few since I wrote. I 've been busy with meetings and physical therappy. Meeting was good last night and so was physical therapy. I have to get a pediometer for therapy and have it twice a week and got to meetings to. Gas may be a issue but we will see. Wed I got a MRI at 540pm. I FINALLY got the scale down past 124! This morning is 123.5! (I know, only a half a pound, but I will take it!) How did I achieve this? Not eating all the crap that is around me!
