Try valerian herb.. Use as a tea. The loose herb is very smelly to say the least make sure container is air tight. once steeped it loses some of its potent smell. drink with honey.. It is a natural sedative and works very well. And is easy on your somache.. I don't beleive you should use is pregnant or nursing so consult your herbalist before you use, as with anything.. but its is a heck of alot better then eating 10T3's that do nothing but dull a bit. Depending on severity of migrane it doesn't always work so try it often its hit and miss. but when it works it works.

" Valerian--------hmmmmmmmmm should have a calming effect...I didn't know about it helping migraines tho', so ty for that information. The tincture has an awful odor, so do the caplets, but the caplets are better than the tincture. You can, if you can stand the odor, put the tincture drops in tea. Never worked for my nerves though. " Use the elixor before bed. Two droppers full to three droppers full bout 20min before bed. I find I just can't keep my eyes open. It is a known muscle relaxant and sleep aid. It isn't really known for migraine help but yes...it can help by helping your muscles relax which can play a large part in your migraine. It is suppose to help with quality of sleep and also is used for depression control.

(depression and migraines have been linked so by treating the one.....)

My thoughts - opy "
